HEY :D

let me summarise my june hols!
this year went to china fr 1 wk,
Met many new friends from other class,
my group includes abraham Yi ning samantha joshua & Gillian
visited many places which are very beautiful
China is so big :O
the people there are really really very nice
bt its a pity we didnt really get to interact with the China students
Bt from all our reflections every night i know the people are very sincere :D
attended their PE lessons too! man, their standards are uber high
then also their practical science lessons, Chinese lessons
haha. Believe it when people tell you you are very fortunate and blessed.

Next few weeks did a lot of catching up with peeps: 2/5 gathering, 6/6 gathering, outing with yueming & rani, dinner with cheryl & wenyi!
and had MANY MANY BUFFETS DDDDDDDD:
-Father Day buffet @ Kuishin bo, 2/5 potluck!, 6/6 Seoul Garden, MOF buffet with rani & yueming

I LOOOOOOVE JAP FOOD, & OF COURSE BUFFET!!!!!!!

haha then now comes midyears. studied a lot, bt now my chem maths and history seems to be.. hmmmmmmmmm. bt at least I revised thoroughly, did notes & understood a lot of things :D
now exams are over, & tmr there's a 22/10 Class BBQ!! okay food again. haha LOVE FOOD.

Bt of course did went to the track & run a few rounds haha.

anyway, JC life is not bad!
didnt screw up a lot, except for SPA. i hate hate hate hate SPA!

really really busy, cant go online cause will seriously get distracted with facebook & blogs & msn
yeah tdy went fr CIP walkaton at AMK garden, haha quite slack
later went emmeline house with xingjuan & cm to do sci proj
&yeah ! we got in the science competition( i think with a lot other groups LOL)
anyway we were very lazy as usual, bt kinda manage to finish it, hope it'll go well next tues!

Recently since i've been "quite free" in school, decided to join some things first
i really cant believe i sign up for track&fieldmeet 8x50 & 4x100
bt i'll jst try my best

bt no. im enjoying it lots & getting lotsa satisfaction

today was quite a exciting unpredictable day!

last night jas suddenly sms me & ask me go kk hosp with her :D

and ohmygosh it was only ytd night that i know the workers downstairs all sack cause MOH dnt need them D: which is very last min and kinda.. not very.. responsible, i mean those people like aunty jamalia, uncle lawrence.. what if they cant find jobs(which will obviously take some time)? their income?

met jas @ Novena square, had a random idea to write cards to every child in the wards.
hah, and i dnt think its like out of impulse or smth. LOL. so we bought papers from MPH & started doing our cards. I was doing all the writing (-.-) while jas was.. cutting the ribbons & watching me. hahah bt we did lotsa lotsa cards!

jas treated me to lunch! yay thanks! :DD its like long awaited hahahaha! bus down to kkh, it was so empty cause public hol, so we went up to the wards and started distributing cards with joy! :DDD we went to visit a baby boy only 5months old, i dnt think he have a name yet, bt he was SO ADORABLE. we kinda knew him cause his mum always talks about him downstairs while we were working. he jst had his operation, hope he recovers soon!
& i fell in love with him haha. we kept making faces at him, then watched him fall asleep :)

later went to visit felicia, one girl we're quite familiar with, cause her grandma comes everyday to take care of her. Her grandma dotes on her a lot :) chat with them for some time, shes moving to Changi hosp tmr! went to visit Diana too, didnt want to wake her up so we watched her for awhile, her parents havent visited her so far, bt the volunteers who came previously were very nice :DD

ran out of cards for 2 wards in the end. went to Junction 8 walk around, there was lion dance 8-D

haha it was really loud cause its in the shopping mall right outside Crystal Jade. later took some pics & went home ! :D

SAT 13 Feb

Went out with wenyi to clear debts!

heheh went to SB house! Cause i wanted to visit Ruff :DDDDD

haha Ruff was frowning at the piece of tissue SB was wriggling behind the cam!!

we forgot which floor SB stayed & he nvr answer his phone

so we went floor by floor starting from the 8, all look the same with all the plants

glad i rmb there're a lot of windmills outside his house xD

later played WII for the first time (yeah!)

played games like tennis, bowling, & one cute game

later went causeway point to eat + chat

talked a lot abt chinese in JC, jc life & our friends

went out during the night for reunion dinner!

A lot of nice good food haha, HEY. thats the beginning only! (more to come next week!)

I ate uber much that night!!!! bt my sis was nt feeling well

started feasting again @ grandma's place. watched a jay chou bball movie on SCV, a lot of nice shows on

later went to another grandma's place & there was many tibits & goodies!

this yr fewer people, didnt get to see my nieceeeeees & nephews!

bt manage to catch up with my cous, didnt see him fr such a long time

we used to play tgt a lot when we were young :d

so we went walk walk downstairs, make like, 3 rounds around the blocks,

he bought me drinks using his ang pao money! haha hes like my brother

But he still make fun of me!

we had each other's company for the day!

and he thought weisong was my bf & i think hes up to smth -.-

yeah hey. i dnt have to have a bf even though i've grown slightly older -.- -.- -.-

Up& about LT, audi, hall past few days!

Tdy attended a talk abt cyber wellness in the hall
found the councilor is very funny & entertaining :D
he told us abt an awesome place called SAT (i think i've heard of it somewhere in sec sch too!)

later went fr chem lessons. WOAH. among all the subj chem is the quite tough one, cause the tcher talks uber fast, nextslidenextslide, as usual, we're all busy copying, & attempting to listen to her at the same time!
since the first lesson i have to go home and read up the workings again to understand
wonder how will chem tutorials be like !

aft that went fr CNY celebrations in the hall, cool performance put up by different groups of CCA, i like the CO best! :D
aft that went to Lot1 to meet (AJC, SAJC, JJC, CJC, NYJC :D tgt) !

gave wenyi daisys! fr valentine haha, & she gave me famous amos cookies!!!! as if im nt gonna gain weight during the next few days !
all of us went to pizza hut
i love such gatherings! like uber long nvr catch up with SB & dihao & many and hear abt their schools!

aft church went to Yishun to meet Jas & joey, & 2 new friends- Jasmine Ow and Charmaine :)
went to jas house & met her family!
Her mum & aunt cooked fr all of us, it was very nice of them!
there was curry chicken, springroll?, fried noodles, nuggets, duck meat
yeah haha eat until very happy !

Then later we sang karaoke in her house!
all chinese songs, bt i could manage some old songs LOL
it was my first time singing into mic!
Joey sang uber POWERFUL, shes really good
esp when she sang revolution? by F.I.R the whole song!!

had briefing on Alpha prog, decided to give it a try :D
hope i can cope with whatev im gonna sign up for

had our first chem lecture
it was quite interesting, later had 4 hr break
bought both chem & maths lecture notes, started doing our hmk :/ cause we were very free
and we spent much time on the questions, LOL cause many of us forget chem stuff
bt yeah i guess we finally figured out aft some time, cat high boys/ amks guys were patient with us, nice people!!! :D

later had briefing abt intro to our GC, only a lil confused, bt i guess we will get used to it soon! :D
later went fr interact club INTERVIEW. haha didnt think they'll have interview, bt many people were there! hope i can get in (results out on monday) HEHEH.
went to watch xiaoting & Joey fr trials fr squash, they're really hardcore sports, aka PT (plus 4.8km run) = exhausting. haha bt nice try to both of them!

tdy went to meet wenyi in the aftnn! did a lot a lot of catching up abt her camp & my orientation! Miss her much :DDDDDDD
still hvnt get to meet up with cheryl rani quanyi & joanne! D:

AJ ORIENTATION 2010

ahhhhhh ytd was the finale! our OGLs/ student councillors/ CCAs performed fr us. all of us were having a very good time in the hall getting high and all. and the dancing part was very fun, should have seen deshawn stoning while everyone was spinning and turning LOL.

Jason was like our favourite guy (to sabo :D) so he was our mascot fr the fashion parade in the hall haha. the whole fashion parade thing is the funniest part!! the people on stage were totally showing their costume and some things jst fall off, uber hilarious!!!!

night time went fr dinner with my OG!! without the OGLs cause they had a meeting till uber late. so we walked to AMK hub & ate @ Mos Burger. Had HEAPS OF FUN WITH THEM! played games too! then went home at 9pm xD awesome peeps!

Tdy went to pick rubbish at ECP fr college CIP :D got lost and wasted much time at first, nt much to clean, cause the cleaners came in the morning before we arrived. Bt overall had a good bonding time! & the boys picked out a CONDOM on the beach. -.- many of us were like WOW. cause didnt see condom before haha. :X
& yiyun picked out a STARFISH! pretty cool! wish we could bring it home, but no xD

aft that went fr lunch @ Parkway parade, my first time there heheh, went with OG, many AJsians were there too :D

And the more i look at deshawn, the more he resembles CHASPER. haha his sense of humour and all, i first i thought he looked very familiar, so i thought he look like lao fu zi! Then aft that i feel he look even more familiar, so yeah haha. later went back to CCKS with Adam Emmeline, Joey li cm kw

decided to go fr scholarship :D all the best to me. haha. TMR lectures starting! bt i have break time from 10.15. to 2.15, tsktsktsk. hope proper lessons start soon!

so awesome, didnt get to know more cause its all subj talks on first day from 9plus till 2pm in the audi
went to buy uni and all our sch stuff with Joey, Xingjuan, Emmeline & Xiaoting!
left at 4plus & went to meet wenyi @ westmall fr Coffeebean!
so did some catching up abt friends & our schools!

Went out with Brenda and Weisong aft church! it was a last min decision again the night before, it was so hard to get them out heheh. so anyway my slippers strap came out and i had to walk barefoot around vivo, it was not glam esp when you're all dressed up nicely :x head to Charles and Keith (50% sale!!!) bt it was too crowded so we went to watch movie first!

watched LAw-ABIDING CITIZENS. it was a really great movie, i had a pretty bad impression of nc16 movies bt this one is quite nice, though some parts may be too.. bloody. bt its really cool!!

later went to chill, watched the sunset & chatted lotsa.

later went fr dinner (JAP SOBA :DDDDDD) then went home aft shopping a lil more

Went out with Wenyi, ShanBei, Joel Tan & Lingjie
met fr breakfast @ Yakun then head to fareast (went our separate ways xD)
bought a shawl, "retard" keychain & a dark colour jacket
I LOVE THAT JACKET DAMN LOTSA though its abit thick
wenyi look very nice in hers too!!!
so aft i bought that jacket, i dnt have to shop anymore. LOL
totally broke, $0

so went fr lunch at jap restaurent, then met sb to buy joel and lj's presents!
hope they like it! :D

went to Ion, then to raffles city, then suntec? idk, we went to lotsa places
shop shop shop fr their stuff like new bags/ wallet *impulse impulse!!*
then ate at jap place again! Its yoshinoya restaurant :D

later went strolling down the streets before heading fr icecream at Shaw house
was kinda tiring that day!

Went out with Aaron, Zhixin, andrea and tim loh
head to suntec city to have pepper lunch
& boy, the pepper lunch almost killed me
it was TOO too SPICY im serious
i only ate half of it & finished my orange juice
the other half i gave it to Aaron lols.
next we walked around suntec,
meant to go ECP fr cycling, bt since shiqi wasnt there we didnt go too
was totally chilling out, there was very few people though, feels deserted.
went fr movie Tooth Fairy since its the only movie almost showing that time
there was only 4 other pple watching the movie.

the movie was greatt! better than what i've expected! very funny too
and kinda meaningful too :D

later played awhile at the arcade, then went to slack at starbucks
so its like lazy tues fr all of us xD
chatted a lot abt poly courses, JC stuff
yeppppp i still like coffee bean's vanilla ice blend though! :D

Last day of work (thurs)

everyone was very nice to me on that day! i was so happy my whole team was present. it was like my last time greeting the staffs, parents/ my last escalator job, never thought i'd miss it!- watching kids playing :D

aft this entire month, i almost memorise all the places in the hosp; was quite familiar with the place already! & all of us know the parents of a patient, grandparents/ aunty. many nice tchers came to visit too. & i miss chatting with colleagues when we are free, etc crazy time with Nabilah/ fun time with jas / joey / crapping with "security guard" !

saw like many people quitting already ever since i started, like Nana, Rehka, Zura/ patients discharged with happy parents. lols i almost made friends with everyone in team A/ B shift in women & children tower! like Crystalline, Eric, 3 Jasmines, Faried, poh yee :DDD now most of us are leaving, wish them all the best!

Anyway did ward sweeping with Nabilah, she kept teasing me abt super handsome dad, handsome dad, and handsome uncle LOL. bought icecream before leaving! she bu de la. the balloons there uber ex. like one fr $5, if it wasnt so ex i would be bought 1 before i left LOL.

smth "funny" happened on the bus, all started cause 6pple squeeze into 5 seater aka back row of bus. then this looking educated woman started scolding with 3 teenages (like gangster) & a couple. so there was involvement of court case of sexual harrassment??????? !!! vulgarities/ childish behavior of the lady.

i couldnt talk to nabilah sitting across me! so we sms each other, she said she could nt help bt smile. it kinda brightens up her thurs night hah, its like my first encounter!

they say they'll miss me! :DD

Went to Bugis aft a good 10hr sleep!

had lunch tgt at the food court, LOVETHE MIXED MUSHROOM NOODLE gonna have it everytime i go bugis now :D

then we shop around Bugis Street/ Village

I bought so many things i was UBER HAPPY :D

a dress, a skirt, a belt, a $4 wallet, accessories from Diva one of my fav shop

with less than $35!

Jas didnt buy lots cause shes going back next week with more $$$

shes gonna miss me when im gone? :x

& yeah im quitting on thurs!

a lot of pple quitting tgt in team A, cause most of them getting bored of the job

bt in my team i was the only one quitting (wanna rest fr a week!)

bt most of us anticipated that moment
i was very glad i had 4 A1s & 3 A2s
bt idk why i get a A2 fr comb humans, ah unexpected
Bt Thank God really fr the awesome grades in my cert
aft that everything became normal again. oh well.
if only special moments could last longer

Now i know the importance of.. good results= good choices in life
It's true, juniors :D
Used to think i couldnt score awesome grades like some of my seniors
when i was sec 3 i was so determined to get things right again,
I asked Kelvin tan during sec 2 aft posting results,
that if i change now, will it be too late?

I was very very worried when i get my sub comb & when i look at my class
then i studied very hard, results= sweet success 8-D
Thank God.

Decided to go AJC science stream, i will continue to work hard :d

Nabilah was so serious in looking fr the right course 8-D

whereas i found out more abt business courses in NP
some courses are really ATTRACTIVE. with the lecturers from overseas & all
took quite a lot of freebies & met a lot of friends like Wanlin & group, Joni, dexter & friends
look at the CCAs @ NP, and nabilah&me tried ARCHERY!!!! COOL RIGHT, forgot to take pic!!
Bt my first arrow bounce off :/ bt 2nd & 3rd shot is close to middle!

it was so hard to cut idk why, even though the bread base is like thin.

ah. then i left aft the pizza to go to Daniel's home in the evening

went there to celebrate Daniel's birthday!!!!!

we played some simple games, helped ourselves to the food (Pizza, fishball, hotdogs and more ! mmmmmmmmmmm!)

theres uncertainty

Must admit, that is a really really goodmovie
at first i was feeling bored cause its like action movie

there was a lot of boy talk haha

Went out with brenda& weisong!
weisong brought us to marina square
cause the cinema is beside the bowling place
we went to hv lunch @ Just Acia (again)
awesome place, have a cheap, full meal there
we chat a lot, esp abt our work, & there were so many stories to share 8-D
went bowling, GOSH I WAS A NOOB
i think i broke some record, straight zeros *faints*
i wasnt like that before. ahhhhhhh!

we went to watch Avatar 3D
UBER COOL
everyone says it was really worth it to watch 3D
though its quite a long movie, bt we enjoyed it, like thrilling & nice & exciting
at first i didnt want to watch cause the Avatar looks weird
went home pretty late @ 11pm

went out with wenyi!
actually was suppose to go bowling with churchfriends bt hp spoil so didnt feel like going out
but still in the end went out, ohoh wenyi was back on monday ! :D
so we met up, & chat lotsa abt her trips to India&Bangkok
& more catching up

oh at first i thought it was really kiddy, but it became better :D
though it was a cartoon, its hilarious!!

we went to Jocelyn, Jasper & Wanhui's house!
we sang with sincerity, loudly

ohoh and Jasper's house @ Somerset IS REALLY PRETTY
i will live there with my husband & kids next time.

aft that hang around, a group of us went to watch the "Sunrise"!
im sure the sunrise wenyi watched in India is MUCH BETTER HEHEH
cause we only see the sky become brighter, with spots of red
Wanhui was soooooo excited she watched a sunrise tdy haha
by morning most of us were really tired

came home @ 9am & went off to sleep (i slept my Christmas afternoon away)
haha & watched a Christmas movie on chnl 5, think its Deck the Halls or smth
cool movie, i love the ending!!!!

ohmygoshhhhhh it's been sooooo long since i've updated!

received a call from kk hosp on monday morning and I'VE GOT A JOB
heheh left after lunch& ice breaker in church to meet haifaa & nabilah at kk h!
& all of us got the job on the spot :D
we were afraid we cant cause there were many others going fr the interview
went back to church later fr night message!
i love the messages during this whole camp, the theme is "Be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only"
so yeah, its really much related to us
been to church during my two days off on thurs & friday
went fr outing & had testimony night & messages
had a really good time with them!

JOB

2nd day woke up @ 5.30 AM.
gosh it was such a long journey to bugis & i have to take shuttle bus
nearly suffered heart attack cause i've missed my shuttle bus

i'm so glad i've found a direct bus from bukit batok :D
& it only takes 40mins compared to 1hr (by train)
overall, i LOVE MY JOB

Although it's a dread in the morning, i felt so into the job :D
haha my job is pretty easy, jst scanning ,typing and sometimes jst sitting down & chat. :x
though it can be pretty busy sometimes
it feels really different, cause like you feel the joy looking at the little kids :D

they're really AHDORABLE!!!!!
some new born too! their hands & legs are so tiny awwww
& there were anxious parents, happy people , loving parents
ahhhhhhh. tdy there's this lost little boy
he ran to me & told me he lost his papa and mama
aft he finished his tears jst came down
in my heart i was like. AWWWWWWWWW. how much i wanted to hug him!
haha. bt i resisted him xD so anyway the seniors found his parents!

ohoh i've make MANY new friends!
esp jasmine & nabilah haha
& the seniors will talk to me like a normal friend when we're free
like they told me a lot abt their personal life

there's this aunty Anu, shes gonna have her firstborn due soon in march!
so we both got really excited & started talking a lot abt the baby (7 months old & kicking already)
hahaha she shared with me her joy & fears & some troubles in her family
and theres this uncle Lawrence, he's 51 years old, & is a friend of everyone in the hosp!
he shared with me LOTSA life values
like helping people, about our job, about his life & family
it's so nice listening to them :DDDDDDD

the food in the kopitiam is quite ex. so we will sometimes bring our own food
work like 12 hrs with 2 half hour breaks in between
so its like 7am to 8pm :D
i cant wait to work OT tmr!
cause me & jas gonna do ward sweeping!!!!!!
like walking around the wards to ~~put the babies to sleep~~ "chase" people out aft visiting hours

Ah. tdy something went wrong with me.

TDY aft church went home to pack my stuff fr the upcoming camp! (this blog will be so dead :x )
then went to Wanhui's house to BAKE fr our groups tmr! with shiqi joanne!
i went to her house only once during prom night
bt i couldnt find my way
previously i alighted 1 stop later
this time, i alighted 3 stops earlier!
*sighs* waiting fr 852 is like. :/
so i walked 3 bustops o.o" which is uber long way along bukit timah :/
actually it didnt take very long baking,
dntknow why last time did with jasper&group we took hours!
it was pretty easy, if i were to have a mini oven at home i'll bake during my free time i guess!
do until 6plus! it was quite fun, filled with cold jokes heheh

and ohmygosh waiting fr 970 is like.
i feel like taking a speed boat or smth
bt anyway, i wasnt familiar with the place, so i counted 15 stops according to the directory
bt on the bus i lost count when krystal called me, (the bus itself skipped many stops)
so that when i started re-counting again, my supposedly"15th stop" is actually my 9th stop!
so irritating.
but i followed my instincts (never do that again.)
and i got off 1 stop earlier!
*sighs*
so i flew to the mrt which is quite a distance apart from the stop..
i was rushing down to Esplanade fr SYChoir performance
and then i wasnt familiar with city hall,
i gotta ask 2 foreigners who taught me how to get there *shakes head*
ended up running to esplanade, worse is, I COULDNT FIND THE DOOR
like i made a huge round *faints on spot*
cause there were 2 durians and i didnt know which is the right one hah.
haha i was one of the two seniors there (with dione) with a bunch of juniors!!!!!

YEAH so basically i think the performance is very good,
esp the 2nd part when there are like drum sets & instruments
so classic, jazz and hard rock, they sing very well, esp cause it was another language
and most importantly they were very into the song,
they sing, and move/sway to the music, it's like they feel the emotions of the composer

& the tcher who went with us is so pretty!
shes also an experienced choir member
aft performance she treated me& yihong yanling krystal & dione to mac

went home at 11pm & flew home again cause it was SO DARK....
tiring day tdy, lotsa flying & walking !

yeah i was meeting joshua & waihian @ dhoby ghaut.
i was late by 5min xD cause.. i thought dhoby ghaut was near dover *smacks head*
until josh told me to go what Raffles city!
so josh brought us to this AWESOME PLACE (MY 2ND FAV FOOD PLACE OTHER THAN THE FAR EAST JAP STORE)

Woke up @ 5am, i couldnt sleep the whole night!!!! idk why, maybe cause i was affected much abt some things.

went to church to find that i was the earliest x.x cause i was afraid i gonna miss the bus hehe

the trip to KL was like. 6HOURS<

we sang, videocam (LOL) abt advertisements, talk&played

finally arrived in KL, the hotel is GREAT

with shiqi & nerrissa we camwhore before we went shopping!

we have 5 HOURS FR SHOPPING 8-)

bt i bought quite little, BUT I BOUGHT TANKTOPS @ $4 EACH HA!!!!!!!!

& a polo shirt & A COOL PAIR OF ROXY RAINBOW PLATFORMS/ WEDGES @ $12

I WAS SO HAPPY

& I bought stuffs fr my friends too :D

PROM NIGHT WAS A BLAST!
hehehehehehe though it was a frantic rush the the afternoon
going to wanhui's house SHE HELP ME DO MY HAIR

& my sis did my make up, so i saved $55 xD

met haifaa, reina & wenyi then we maxi cabbed down to the place!
like any other prom nights pple started taking LOTSA pics
I thought i would feel bored, but no. time pass really quickly
I like the Emcee, he's very funny :DD
quite few tchers turn up though,
i like those mini games, they were quite entertaining hahaha
Then later part got "disco"!
love the songs, so.. the girls were dancing&hopping&jumping about in their heels haha
everyone got really high, and we really enjoyed ourselves!!

Next day 4am woke up to headto airport!
with those blisters on my feet TT
the weather is okay there, not too cold, jst long sleeve & a jacket
bt i dislike walking along the streets cause many pple were smoking
the place we stayed in is very small compared to the hotel in bangkok xD
1st & 2nd day did shopping, though most shops already change the clothes fr winter
so we were jst walking around
i love the food ESP THE DESSERT there, bt they always give LARGE SERVINGS
cause pple will get hungry easily when its cold?
i love their fish soup too

went up to The Peak on 3rd day night,
the view is really..... WOAH. haha

bused down to ngee ann poly for RED CAMP :D
start off with some performances and intro videos!
later have ice breaking activities / games FUNFUNFUN
hehe i think the SLs are very nice people :)
we went outdoors fr some activities, like balancing on the log and stuff
they have 100 over CCAs COOOOOOOOOOOL!
haha. then we went to their dorms

went to VIVO/ SENTOSA tdy!

met wenyi & cheryl early in the morning and head to sentosa!

rather good weather!

Cheryl changed into her swimming costume and went fr sun tanning

haha it was very relaxing.

while me & wenyi stayed under the shade fr a little while

later went closer to the sea & we played!

Burying our feet deep in the sand and going to the sea

had little talks about many things and we really enjoyed ourselves :D

this hols is passing by real fast,
i didnt went for all the night studies except 1,
cause i know i will get distracted heh
so there is minimal going out, unlike others im staying at home most of the time
except for church on sat & sunday,
so yeah cant afford to waste much time.

i guess i still will stay in sch during afternoon to complete my work first before going home during evenings lala.
hope i can get into good schools,
somehow i feel i need to go to JCs,

and suddenly i felt like going overseas to study for 2-3years after JC

RECENTLY just taken my mt oral- on youth olympics
couldnt bring out my points cause "teacher spot on!" kept repeating in my mind
I stumbled & stoned & stammered.

it's not like i didnt hold on to the youth olympic notes and study

CHOIR had achieved a SILVER FOR SYFFF '09

Finally after hmm 10 years or so
i was really scared what happen 2yrs ago will repeat itself
everything was the same, the full length mirrors behind the red curtains, the empty room
also, jst before we went up stage we joke around, we tried to remind ourselves to smile
i was very upset 2yrs ago, and was determine 2yrs later to get a silver once i got over it

This year, i knew that it might be our conductor's last SYF with us, and definitely, my last syf, i promised myself i would do my best and make this count.
as a senior, i felt i had to avoid what happen two years ago
I felt hot tears in my eyes as I sang the second song- the song we practice for 1 or 2 years already

I'm really glad!
this year, although it seems slightly slack with less practices eg. no sat practice
still, we got a SILVER! thank God :)

although we're a small choir,& didnt do any "interesting actions" on stage, we still made it through, based on our efforts

ytd went to paternal grandma's house
many delicious dishes prepared for us :DD!

i saw my 6 nieces and nephews!

LOL jst finish a very long chat with wenyi

at first we were chatting..

and then i started singing you are the music in me

then........ two crazy girls on phone conversation:

for at least 4-7 minutes i was laughing

this morning woke up at 3.20am and prepared
the van came with the guys and we head to fetch wenyi and chas
they were watching titanic, not the climax of the show yet
we were at the airport by 5am terminal 3
very niceeeee! i've never been there before i think.
so i was rather excited :p
we walked around and aft that went for Ya Kun for breakfast
which is more affordable ..
and the guys talked a lot of funny happenings
yeah. then Amos came
we only can chat for awhile before we need to go
and we took pictures, later send him to departure hall

yesyes we'll all miss you ;D

we reached school at 8.30am, thinking we can miss 1 period of MT lessons
also half hoping ms sim would talk very long
and wow. true enough, we didnt miss much eh?
hehe. let off by mr liew cause we had valid reason
sooooooo.. still maintaining a clean record -.-

school time, can tell the people who went were very tired.

today had lunch with joey pas ws and gabriel
pretty much entertained :D
then we went for choir,
since conductor wasnt here
we had much fun, though its with mr low D:
cause we all ate sweets and the sweets work on pas and joey
so they became high.
it was very funny all the way
and today i felt very embarrassed.

suffocating the people around me
jst look at their reactions. HAHAHA
because i think i stepped on ____ you know what.

Christmas is a time spent with family! :D
yesterday Christmas Eve i went to church for Cantata
by church choir, sang the whole book :D
all went well, singing praises unto the Lord :)
received lotsa candies and presents from everybody
thanks lots!
later, we went caroling at 3 people's house,
starting with Allister
later at Shiqi's at Signature Park. but i have to leave
cause dad who's fetching me have work this morning
reached home at 1.30am while they continued till 4am xD

Today went to grandma house yeah.

Ytd's sentosa outing with church mates! :D

was the earliest, cause i'm scared i'll be late

so walked around vivo

later, about 20 of us took train to sentosa..

stayed at the siloso beach

weather was very good,

played captains ball though it was hard running on rough sand

rugby, monkey game, frisbee and lotsa

played with golden retriever too. very handsome. ;D

hehe. basically things there are very ex.

so i only spent $8, including the ticket.
and a scoop of ben&jerry :x

got myself darker too :D

didnt make it for class bbq cause too late :/

today!

left house early

went to church for Carols! Alive.

the songs were very nice to sing along with,

they were also distributing out white candles

and we sang!

dinner was awesome

and later there were presentation from other groups yeah.

did one chinese compre practise before heading out to meet josh and waihian :D
@ IMM. i was really late though, 3hours :p
worse is, i dont know how to go there xD
Josh was trying to guide me on the line
bought ice cream, and chat @ mac for awhile
Aft that head to buy BBQ stuff @ Giant.
we were really crapping!
bought quite a lot, almost $100 yeah.
aft that i went to meet Wenyi and Deon
we also bought flowers for yueming :D
and we ate dinner along the line of shops opp bukit timah shopping centre
KIMCHIII! lols, really full meal
later still have to run for the bus & run to catch the train.
rather rush for obvious reasons :X
met pearlyn and ran again, for VCH to support yueming! xD
manage to catch most of the performance,
everyone was great! though it was hard to spot yueming
dance dance dance, ballet, jazzy type yeah. my first time :D
later we took lotsa pics aft performance :DD at the singapore river, the bridge, pretty at night :)
wenyi's parents fetched all of us home- to our doorstep ;D

and as expected, chicken wings became really burnt. LOL
told them to wait till the charcoal turn white, then started bbq
okay, so very few girls were eating!
i was like.. "why arent you eating, eat more eat more!" *place food in their plates*
haha. the salmon was nice, cheese sausage was the most popular
fried rice was the least, yeah i mean everyone wants bbq food rather than fried rice :x
left halfway with yintong aft taking pics, when they wanted to play games
both very tired :)

But it's actually a short film screening done by local people :)
went with almost 30 other people including joey dian wenyi reina :D
at Grand Cathay Cineplex
it presents films related to kindness and gracious?
i like one of them lotsa, it's called "Kindness, it starts small'
:D yeah. after those award presenting and speeches
have this lucky draw thing, and mdm latifah with her son together won movie tickets!

Today went school in the morning to return the blazers&windbreaker also to collect passport
only mr tan turned up, also mr lim turned up to apologize for the postponing of the trip
then went home, changed, and back out to meet primary school friends @ lotone :D
i was the earliest!
Josh went to find me in the library but couldnt find his way to the fiction section haha :P
he claims he didnt wander off to childrens section xD
we went to control station to wait for jingteck, saw rani and all the 3'6 people heading for chalet :)
check out the movies, i bought the bread stress ball for shiqi and dominic came !
later steph came after i called her and she turned around from bugis :p
went to MOF to eat cause the sakae sushi buffet starts at 3pm
the guys treat icecream and sandra came
we were entertained by dominics bike stories xD
went to buy movie tickets for movie madagascar?
then BUFFET! :DDDDDD
rather excited! japfood! :D
thats when all the fun comes in
were joking around and crapping loads
and josh was making horny jokes out of the eggs i was eating. -.-
took pretty long time to eat, and went for movie

went for choir, learnt half of the tune of setpiece
sang 'popcorn carnival' which was rather hard for me.

Esp when i look at the juniors expression LOL
juniors stayed back to do stock check while i went for Dehli meeting
all the way to 3pm. Today was rather less slacking. more dancing
and made lotsa improvements, the dance was great (:

OHMY it's so boring.
didnt went for CO night cause wenshan (shes back from taiwan/beijing/shanghai/ China) was too tired.
so i was trying to "go out" to do SS proj with sb cheryl wenyi but NO.
Cheryl cant make it tmr xD and wenyi cant make it on sunday.
And the UG people are out already. (TC) :D

today woke up kinda late, but still went for breakfast with pas and joey
lips alil swollen with ulcers and feeling dry. feels like times when i've sunburn.
AS usual, in choir, did warm ups etc
And we finally get to see our set piece
It's special. love the lyrics & music
but the rhythm is pretty hard to count/follow
we only have 4 more months of practice :/
Then practice our songs for sec1 orientation
glad there're more songs than last year
hope can attract more sec1s into choir :)
Oh cool, now i have 4 assistants to help me in choir!

Skipped breakfast cause was going to be late for choir
but since i was late so went to buy curry puff before i left
cause i know i cant take it- singing with empty stomach :/
today's performance was good (: next week choir day camp!
How i wish got night camp- then we would have BBQ!
infact today's practice was really funny
dennis was trying to take our YiHong away to the tenor/bass section

seeee.. Yihong's really getting annoyed. why the sec1 boys in the tenor section he still only boy in alto :x
then halfway, while we were all so serious, Yihong started HICCUPING while singing!

met yuanqing, Wanlin and the guys and we started on our own.
I thought that standing there & waiting for donation wouldnt be 'effective'..
considering the people are Sinaporeans.. so decided to take the 'initiative'
and approach people, well can say its much better!
There're people who ignores, people who i've make 'eye contact' with- return my smile, people who are willing to donate.
I also met people who told me to work hard, people who told me to do more community work
which i really appreciate.

say im old fashion or smth, 'sheng zai fu zhong bu zhi fu', one really dont know how lucky he is! and tend to take things for granted. until something's terrible happen to the person, then he will start to appreciate things as they are.
instead worrying about nonsensical stuffs all their life, why not care more for people who are more unfortunate?
how many are there? How many people who appreciate everything they've got?

met lady who was really nice, her son was 'slow' if you know what i mean, she even insisted on buying us drinks and ask if i have had lunch. then most parents with children become my targets xD i saw Jasmine and '!', Jinxiang and wenyi :D

Furong lesson's are very funny with Sihao and that groups jokes
furong's 'shock expression' is really LOL haha
then was released early cause less than half class was there :D
went pizzahut with wenyi yuko and sb
aft that rush home to head to make IC!
fast process done then went to Bugis shopshop!
Sometimes thought shopping with mum is boring
Cause our opinions are different!
hahahh and dnt go bugis street with mum next time
it sure isnt suitable!
xD soooo bought jeans&bermudas <3!!>
which cost a bomb! next time i go shopping will be long time from now!

aft school was actually maths lesson
but as expected almost everyone wanted to skip class!

with wenshan pas pearlyn heidy marcus and yenloong
okay it sure was scary though pas was feeling bored haha.
with all the sound&lighting effects!
it was LOL because during scary scenes
you can see four of us pearlyn heidy wenshan & me covering our eyes
Haha then the next thing pearlyn and heidy would start to ask: WHAT happen??
xD ! pearlyn didnt watch the show & couldnt get it hahaha
While i watch covering face but i was watching from the sides & clutching on to wenshan =P
nottttt bad movie! i think only my 2nd time watching horror movie hehe.
It doesnt really matter if i dont get the show
